50 followers and China Glaze Watermelon Rind


Yes, I have finally reached over fifty followers! ... okay so 51 but hey! that's big for me! Thanks for all of you that follow me, I honestly thought that I would just be blogging to emptyness and there were times I thought about quitting but... I am no quitter! I was determined to get at least 50 followers and hey I have made it this far so my next goal is 100! I have a friend who is having some trouble getting followers she is a beauty blogger so if you think you can just check out her blog and follow it, I would be soo grateful link. She quit a few weeks ago and I am trying to convince her to start up again because she really is very good at make up.

I have a few swatches of Watermelon Rind from China Glaze from you. This was pretty good application, and it was like 3 thin coats, I could have gotten away with 2 but I really wanted that juicy color. I have nothing like this color in my collection and I just adore this color! I like how it can be very summery or christmas-y. By the way the reason I have one nail with out paint is because I started to take it off but then i remembered I hadn't taken any pictures of it! I wore this for about 3 days and the tip wear was not great, but it wasn't bad ... umm it was okay/good considering I had been banging on the keys of my computer and doing some work around the house.

    Congrats on 50 followers!

    I still haven't gotten Watermelon Rind but everytime I see it I think I should. :)

    Oh, and as far as filing pictures once I've used them, I've just been keeping them in folders by month; if I need to find one again, I find it's easiest to search my blog and see when I posted it.

    Lovely color. I'm glad I own it. I was wondering, do you take your nail lacquer off on any random nail? Or do you have a pattern. when I saw your one nail that you'd started to take it off....I wondered cuz I always do random nails and sometimes I miss a nail and releaze it after I'm done. LOL

    ... honestly... it's sort of a pattern almost.. I am a freak when it comes to that sort of thing. Like when I paint my nails or anybody's nails I always start with the middle nail but then from there i can go to any nail and it really won't bother me. Which I guess is weird right? I mean... the middle nail? It's sort of random but now that you say that I realize that is so true!
